This weekend the University of Manitoba men’s hockey team were swept on the road against the University of Lethbridge Pronghorns. The Bison basketball teams were in Calgary to play the Mount Royal University Cougars.
The Bisons controlled the pace of both games, and despite solid goaltending from the Pronghorns they were able to sweep the weekend series.
The Bison men split their series against the Griffins, while the women swept to even their record.
