It was a weekend to forget for the University of Manitoba basketball teams, who were swept by crosstown rivals the University of Winnipeg Wesmen.

Bison volleyball teams beat down Wesmen in Duckworth Challenge

In the volleyball portion of the Duckworth Challenge, the University of Manitoba took a 2-0 lead after both the Bison men’s and women’s teams beat the University of Winnipeg Wesmen.
