Position: Editor-in-Chief
Company: The Manitoban
Contract: May 1, 2025 – May 14, 2026

Salary: The salary for this position will be determined by the Board and shared with potential candidates during the interview process

Duties: The Editor-in-Chief (EiC) is responsible for the day-to-day running of the editorial portion of the paper, and has final say over the editorial content within. The EiC is also the chair of the Editorial Board.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have experience in student media and will be familiar with the Manitoban. They should have a strong understanding of the English language including spelling, punctuation, and grammar, as well as a working knowledge of Canadian Press style. Previous experience managing employees and working in a non-profit environment will be considered an asset.
