Suspended nursing student Arij Al Khafagi no longer holds her position as senior stick of the Nursing Student Association council. The reason for her leave has not been made publicly available at this time. Al Khafagi was suspended from the nursing program in November 2023, allegedly as a result of social media posts criticizing Israel and its actions during the current conflict in Gaza. The position of senior stick has been filled by Olivia Molyneaux.
