Bison women’s volleyball fall short against Thompson Rivers

On Friday night, the University of Manitoba Bisons women’s volleyball team played out a 3-1 loss (17-25, 20-25, 26-24, 19-25) to the Thompson Rivers Wolfpack. The Bisons see their losing streak extend to six games, with a 2-15 conference record. With the win, the Wolfpack extend their winning streak to three games and they sit four points back of fourth placed UBC Okanagan.

Haille Bujan of Anola, Manitoba, led the Bisons with eight kills on the night and once again Caleigh Dobie led the herd in digs with 12. Manitoba was outscored 81-53 and were dominated in just about every statistical category.
