The operation of the Manitoban is overseen by the Board of Directors (The Board). Specifically, the Board establishes and monitors the strategic direction and operational performance of the Manitoban, develops and maintains the policies governing the operation of the Manitoban, and is the responsible entity for the stewardship of the funds of the Manitoban.
The Board is also responsible for hiring and monitoring the performance of the Editor-in-Chief of the Manitoban.
