U of M Engineering student David McGinn saw something weird on campus Friday, April 8: pigs running loose.

The student spotted the animals outside of the Animal Sciences building on the Fort Garry campus. There were also reports of pigs being seen close to the stadium site and at other locations on campus.

Security Services directed the Manitoban to contact their community constable for details on Monday, but did confirm that there were indeed pigs loose on campus today.

There is no indication that the animals are still loose.
