You there, what are you doing? Haven’t you heard that newspapers are dead? Why are you sitting here with a piece of dead tree in your hands when you could be reading a poorly written blog, or tweeting? Have you no shame? What if someone saw you?
Perhaps you are reading this paper ironically, in which case you probably think that all of us in the publishing industry are acting like ostriches, sticking our heads in the sand while the print industry implodes around us.
I would be lying if I said that everything was OK. It’s not. But I assure you reports of the print industry’s death have been greatly exaggerated. The newspaper has been around longer than you and I, and I ha
